The 4th Edition of India Art Festival, a modern and contemporary art fair, is scheduled to be hosted from 27 to 30 Nov 2014 at the ground and second floor, Nehru Centre, Worli, Mumbai. Like the last three editions, ground floor will house the art galleries booths along with Public Art Space and second floor will have the booths by Individual artists not represented by any of the art galleries.
Nehru Centre, located centrally in Mumbai is an ideal exhibition venue close to south Mumbai art district and is at 25 minute drive from airport. This is the place where 1st and 3rd edition of India Art Festival were hosted successfully from 17 to 20 Nov 2011 and 19 to 22 December 2013 respectively.
The 2nd edition of India Art Festival was hosted at MMRDA Ground, BKC, Mumbai from 28 Nov to 02 Dec, 2012 which consisted 175 booths by 40 Art Galleries and more than 250 individual artists.
In the last three editions, India Art Festival attracted little over hundred thousand visitors and became the first art fair in the western & southern India to receive highest number of visitors.
Mumbai - India's commercial capital is not only the city with the highest GDP in India but it ranks among the world's top ten trade centers and contributes 25% of Industrial output and 70% of capital transactions to India's economy. Mumbai is the cultural and art production centre too with booming art market, flourishing real estate and thriving film industry.
The fourth edition of India Art Festival is looking forward to attract huge number of visitors including corporate honchos, HNIs, art collectors, artists, galleries and audiences from India and overseas countries.
